Hi, I'm Catherine

I consider myself to be one of the extremely fortunate people who get to do something they love for a living. My job leads me to wonderful people and places, and I relish the challenges that it brings; I’m frequently told I must be mad for working with children and animals, but I find it extremely rewarding.

Photography has been a massive part of my life for over a decade – I took it up as a hobby when I was 12, progressing until I second shot my first wedding at 16. I spent my subsequent teenage years as an understudy to a number of local photographers, by which point my ambitions in life had become firmly set. After I graduated with a First in Fine Art I set up the business, and I haven’t looked back. I would absolutely love to work with you, so don’t hesitate to get in touch!  

My approach to portrait photography is to create relaxed, natural looking images of you being yourselves. I will create classic portraits but will also aim to capture natural interaction, character and emotion in my photographs. Using natural backdrops, we won't be confined to a small studio space and kids can play, dogs can run and you will be able to engage with each other creating not just photographs but memories!
